I downloaded it, but being computer illiterate as I am, I have no idea what a .rar file is, and cant change it to mp3????????

rar files are an archive full of other files which you open with winrar, just an easy way of downloading the whole thing. its the format most cds are stored in online on torrents etc.

the mp3s themselves are in that same folder:
