Ok, go!

Ok! Party week is over, time to seriously get back into it again.

Intake: reduced & healthy only, no caffeine or excess sugar
Exercise: daily, extended ride + short weights
Sleep: by 10:30

Lets do this.

Caffeine is a useful fat-burning chemical, so you don't need to stiff yourself there. Learn to love short blacks :)

(if you are having sleeping difficulties then obv. disregard)

i am having sleeping difficulties :( and i find that how much/well i sleep has a much greater impact on exercise than alcohol intake or diet.

but that's interesting to know! when i get the sleep issues sorted i'll re-investigate this... work is SO much better with coffee haha
